The Organic brewery is quite a unique spot.  It is now owned, run, and renamed by Hollywood Brewing, but I am writing about my experience when it was known as organic Brewery.  Most people living in the area do not even know that it exists.  Most breweries offer a larger selection of beers, not to mention new beers added with the changing of the seasons.

At Organic brewery you will find only four:  Russian Knight Stout, Hollywood Organic Wheat, Belgian Ale, and German Pilsner.  The beers are okay, but nothing special at all; nothing to make you have to come back here to try one of their beers again.  In addition to these four beers, the Organic Brewery also specializes in its homemade flavored schnapps.  The inside is decorated with German beer garden themed murals and the menu even offers German cuisine like pretzels and sausages, but you’ll be hard pressed to find any German people working here.  Instead, it seems like an all Russian staff with zero personality.  My favorite part of the brewery is that it is situated on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk.  I am instantly taken away to paradise sitting on the front patio, drinking beers under the overhang, with the view of people watching on the boardwalk and the gorgeous ocean panorama.
