The brewery is located in a cool historic district with streets lined with shopping, food and culture.  Upon walking in to this three story establishment, you find yourself standing in front of the bar.  The bar and entire restaurant/brewery have a dive bar feel, and I mean that in the most positive way.

However, with all of these pluses going for it, everything else was subpar.  I sampled all four beers and they all had a common denominator similarity in taste despite being four totally different styles of beers.  At that point, I wasn’t even interested in trying other beers.  I also ordered food from their menu of “specials”, but I was totally unimpressed.  All of the food items were overpriced, and if my meal was any indication, did not taste anywhere near the price I paid.  I had ordered a shrimp and crab meat mac and cheese and it had the same flavor as I would find out of a box.  If I lived in this area, I would not return.  Neither the beer nor food would be worth a trip back.
