Asheville Brewing got off on the wrong foot with me.  The service was very slow and inattentive.  I hate to comment on bad service because one terrible person at one time does not paint a fair picture when a table next to me could be receiving excellent service and having a much more positive experience.  The only reason I mention it is because numerous waitresses passed by my table without once stopping to take my order.  There seemed to be a dozen employees there and still the service was too slow.  Even when I finally put in my beer order and received a menu, I then had to wait a long time before the waitress thought of coming back to take my food order.

When the food finally came, I really enjoyed my sandwich.  They offer many sandwiches with many sides such as tater tots.  Asheville Brewing is best known for its pizza.

The beer was very good.  Asheville Brewing goes beyond 90% of other breweries with its creativity with its brewing.  I loved their jalapeno beer.  It had a super kick and compliments and food item to go along with it.  I felt that the Ninja Porter was too weak.  The Shiva IPA was wonderful for those that enjoy an IPA.

The setup of the brewery provides many seating options with two sections inside, as well as a bar, and then a very sweet covered outdoor patio seating area.  This outdoor area is also pet friendly if you’d like to go out for beers with your dog.
