3/18/17 Beer and Thanksgiving Dinner Food Pairing

Join us for this exclusive event as I open my personal beer vault to share some of my best beers with you all to be paired with amazing food. This was one of the best events in 2016 and it is limited so do not miss your opportunity to participate. I have hired a cook to come and he will prepare a 7 course meal. With the meal we will be pairing about 15 beers from my beer vault. Due to the nature of this event and needing to be able to have enough beer from each bottle, I must limit the numbers to a small group. You will not be getting full size poured beers but rather 2-3 ounce samples (same size as at festivals) to be paired with the meal. Anyone can tell you from last year that there was more than enough food and beer!

The beers being served will be mostly special release and rare beers ranging from sours to pumpkin to a variety of dark porters and milk stout (some flavored with coffee, chocolate, etc).

The event will either be for 9 people or for 18. The first 9 are already sold out (what are you waiting for?). I can open 9 more spots only if 9 more people send their payment. If we do not get 7 or more then a full refund will be given to the 2nd group. Your place will be reserved only when your payment is received. Do NOT send money through Meetup (ever). You can send by PayPal to ssskopit@bellsouth.net as long as you click to send to friends and family. Or pay me in person before it sells out. You will fall into one of two categories: the people that enjoyed an incredible multi course meal paired with outrageous beers OR the person complaining that you missed your opportunity. Choose wisely.

The theme for this dinner will be a Thanksgiving in March theme with dishes like:
