The tailgate party is back. It will be at the Dolphin game vs the New England Patriots Sunday from 9AM-kickoff. Our cook will be preparing a Smoked tri tip sandwich on garlic bread with balsamic, red onion, blue cheese, and watercress. As a side he is making bacon jalapeño Mac and cheese fritters. The cost will be $15.
There will be a beer bottle share to try many special releases and seasonal ales. Bring 1-3 beers of your own for all of us to try. I am also hoping to get some beer donated by MIA Brewing Co and maybe 1 or 2 homebrewers. Even if you don’t want to the game you can still experience an awesome tailgate party!
