I had the opportunity to visit three breweries in Columbus and this was my least favorite.  It felt like a bar first, restaurant second, and a brewery as a distant third.  That may not be a problem for others, but if you go to a brewery then it should look and feel and act like a brewery.  I wish I could have told that to the girl next to me that ordered a Miller Lite rather than partake in beers that can only be had onsite.  There was nothing special about the atmosphere.  I think this place will appeal more to university students than to the beer connoisseur.

Barley does not actually serve a flight, but they will provide you a 75 cent thimble to sample.  I tried five thimbles of beer.  All were fair.  Not bad, but nothing special.  Overall, this felt more like a university bar for Buckeyes than a brewery that should have been featuring its homemade brews.
