We’re back at it again! This time we have partnered with Bangin’ Banjo Brewing Company to host. We encourage anyone to join us & you do not have feel pressured to bring bottles. However we are suggesting it as a great way to mingle & meet fellow society members.

“Any day beers for everyday people” – Banging Banjo

1) WHAT TO BRING? Well, what would you want to drink? Simple question. Feel free to bring 2-3 bottles of beer from your personal stash. Don’t feel the need to go out & buy crazy expensive bottles to share unless you want to try them yourself and see what others think. This is our first sharing event so lets keep it simple and fun. Again, there is no pressure to bring any beers. I know everyone there will be willing to share samples of what they brought.

2) TIP YOUR BARTENDER. We’re bringing bottles into their brewery so they’re losing revenue, so tip your bartender. generally you can figure $5/hour of your hanging out time their way.

3) ORDER AT LEAST one beer from the bar. Bringing our own beers does put a hurt on their kegs but in a good way. Big crowds do showcase their beer to a group that might not normally stop in.

4) CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF. They shouldn’t have to change their nightly routine because we are there. It’s about respect for the brewery & not hurting their bottom line at the end of the night.

5) Also don’t hesitate to offer the bar a sample of what you opened. If it’s fun for them they will want us back. At the end of the night they are giving us a sweet spot to share our outside beers so we want them to enjoy having us.
